Smart check in only took a short time, location 5mins walk to Tenjin station.

We searched high and low for spacious accommodations for our group of three adults and two kids, and we couldn’t have been happier staying here. The family apartment was incredibly spacious, far exceeding typical Japanese standards. It has three bedrooms with three beds, each with its own bathroom, plus an extra bed in the common area. The apartment is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with popular ramen spots, plenty of dining options, shopping malls, and Tenjin Station all nearby. Highly recommended for larger groups.

Beds are a bit squeaky but nothing major.
